I can’t believe I can finally make this blog post! This has been a loooong time coming. To give some back story, after having our first born we decided to downsize so I could stay home with our sweet girl and we could be closer to my parents. We decided on a ranch style fixer upper and moved in the day after Thanksgiving in 2016. Well, just a couple weeks later we found out we were having baby #2…. surprise!!! 🙂 This kind of put all of our house renovation plans on hold. Once we were out of the newborn phase we knew the kitchen was the first thing that had to change! I can’t believe I’m even sharing the before photos (eeek!). We mapped out a budget for this project and knew we would need to replace all of our appliances. Since that took out a big chunk of the budget, we knew we wouldn’t be able to replace the cabinets. I didn’t mind that at all since I actually liked the custom cabinets that the home came with. Someone recommended Almand Specialty Painting & Design to us and I couldn’t be happier with our beautiful WHITE cabinets! What a difference it makes to this space!
I’ve linked most sources below each photo. I will definitely be going more in depth about the cabinets, countertops, and appliances in future blog posts. Now to decide on which project is next…. I’m thinking new floors or our master bathroom remodel! Hope y’all enjoy coming along with us as we renovate our little fixer upper. xoxo, Carrie

I LOVE it all! The white! The apron sink! The touches of bottle green and galvanized pieces! The faucet! It all looks so crisp and clean and bright! Great job!
